Registry

We don't have one!

Honestly, having you with us on the day is more than enough!

Throughout our relationship, we've had plenty of time to create a home we love, so we're opting out of a traditional registry. If you'd still like to mark the occasion, you're welcome to help us with our honeymoon.

We plan to take a trip to Europe in the Spring of 2027. If you'd like to contribute to that trip we would be more than grateful. You can do so by contributing to our HoneyFund by clicking the button below.

Our Story

After matching on a dating app back in 2017, we decided right then and there that we’d hang out forever & ever & ever & ever & ever & ever & ever & ever & ever & ever & ever & ever...

Our wedding day will be our 3,507th day together. THAT’S ALMOST A DECADE! We’ve moved several times, traveled the world, completed multiple degrees, left jobs and started businesses, survived a pandemic, bought a house, taken so many pictures of Zuzu, watched the Kansas City Chiefs in 5 Super Bowls, and had the best time through it all.

  1. April 8, 2017

    Our first date

We matched on Bumble and texted each other nonstop for two weeks. When we finally met, we had a drink at Brewery Emperial and dinner at Komatsu for a bowl of ramen. Michael snapped the "Hot Soup" photo and saved Alexandria's contact info as HOT SOUP. To this day Ms. Hot Soup is Michael's Emergency Contact.

  2. May 01, 2018

    Our first move

Michael left his full-time job to start a business, which meant much more travel. We decided to find a safer spot and move into Midtown together. This was a huge step for both of us and the first of many moves we made over the next 3 years.

  3. July 01, 2021

    Bought a home together

We had each lived solo for years before meeting. Having a home together was something we had always wanted but never knew if it would be possible. Supporting one another in our careers and starting two businesses gave us the opportunity to have that dream. We both feel so lucky to call this house "home".

  4. December 24, 2025

    The proposal

In 2025, we started a new tradition of filling up an advent calendar with little trinkets and fun things for each other. Alexandria didn't know that the last box had another little box inside. The plan was to have a movie date and open the last box when we got home. We ended up leaving the movie a little early because Michael was too excited and didn't even make it home to open the last box. After pulling to the side of the road, the proposal happened right then and there. The movie was fine, btw.

FAQ

When is the RSVP deadline?

We ask that you RSVP by October 1st to help us finalize our wedding plans.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at 4pm to allow time to park and be seated on time. The ceremony will begin at approximately 4:30 pm.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your kids, we decided to have an adults-only celebration so parents can have a night out and party with us! The only kids in attendance will be those in the wedding party.

What's the dress code?

Semi-formal. Think polished and stylish but not overly dressy. No need for evening gowns or tuxedos!

Ultimately, we want you to be comfortable, present, and enjoying yourself, so wear whatever will help YOU feel that way! We're treating this as more of a party than a wedding, but we'd still love to see everyone dressed up in some way.

Can I bring a date?

Our guest list is finalized to the names on each invitation. If you have a +1 it will appear in the "Find my invitation" section above. Please contact us directly if we missed your plus one and we'll get them on the list.

Is there parking for the event?

Parking is available at the event space. Please see the map below noting designated parking areas.
